In July 2017, a technology-focused camp involved young people aged 8 to 14 from Latvia and abroad, in total 60 participants (30 from Latvia, 30 from abroad).
A quiet, green place was chosen for the camp- Vaiņode. The camp has a school building and a boarding school, football, volleyball and basketball courts. Participants live in 2 to 4 place rooms. Camp participants under the leadership of the Science and Innovation Working Group composed animation films, worked with computer graphics programs, photographed, performed sound and video processing. Sports games, hiking and other summer activities were also organized.
